Pay as you go: you only pay for extra questions your students actually ask, and you set the maximum.
Questions
Members who join for free, and members you add because they paid you somewhere else. Members who pay through FlowLearn checkout never count. Neither do students on a free trial, your team, or people waiting for approval.
Nobody loses access. New free members wait in your approval list until you upgrade or make room, and people who buy through FlowLearn always get in. We email you at 80% and at 100% of your limit.
Each message a student sends to the AI Tutor is one question. Your plan includes a monthly pool for the whole community. You set a spending limit per student. Extra questions are pay as you go, up to a monthly maximum you set. On Free you pay for them with a prepaid top-up of at least $10, valid for 12 months. On paid plans you choose a top-up or billing in $10 steps.
FlowLearn's share of each sale made through FlowLearn checkout. Stripe's own card processing fee is separate and applies on every plan.
Yes, as long as your free members and team fit the cheaper plan's limits. Pending team invitations also reserve a place. Remove excess members or invitations first; we show you how many.
You have 7 days to update your card, and we remind you by email. After that your community is paused until you pay or move to a plan that fits. Your courses, members and data are kept.
The first 50 creators who subscribe to Pro pay a 0% fee per sale instead of 0.5%. Both the 0% fee and your monthly price are locked in for as long as you stay on Pro. If you leave Pro, the offer ends and cannot be claimed again. 50 of 50 places are left.
No. Free needs no card. If you choose a paid plan, you pay when you create your account.
